Striking amethyst and quartz 'cathedrals', aka standing geodes.Ā A few different colors and looks from classic purple amethyst, to green and tan banding, and even some with gray chalcedony.Ā The back hasĀ been coated with cement and painted black to give a cleaner appearance. Ā These amethystĀ geode crystals are from Brazil. It's also called an amethyst cathedral.
Some of theseĀ have little 'fill' spots from a little repair.Ā
